Community Ambassador responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, assisting in marketing and resident experience, conducting tours, lead follow-up, generating leads, and supporting marketing events to achieve occupancy goals. Must communicate effectively, meet deadlines, manage time efficiently, and adhere to Fair Housing policies. Role involves promoting the community via social media, handling inquiries, and participating in Turn-related activities (move-in/move-out, unit inspections). Requires strong organization, reliability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; evening and weekend availability is needed.
