Community Ambassador - North 116 Flats

The Community Ambassador will drive leasing and resident experience for an apartment community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, assisting with marketing and community events, and helping achieve sales/occupancy goals. Responsibilities include generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling and conducting tours, lead follow-up, supporting email/text campaigns via Entrata and TextUs, and representing Landmark Properties in a professional manner while enforcing Fair Housing. The role requires effective communication, ability to meet deadlines, time-management, and flexibility to work evening and weekend hours, including Turn periods (move-in/move-out activities). Education and experience include a high school diploma or equivalent (required) with enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are valued; demonstrated reliability and self-discipline are important. The position is part-time with no travel.
