Job Summary
Leads leasing process for prospective residents, conducts tours, generates leads, follows up with prospects, and assists in planning and participating in marketing events to help maximize occupancy. Supports resident experience and sales goals under supervision, helps manage email/text campaigns, represents the community in a professional manner, enforces housing policies, and contributes to daily property operations including logging maintenance requests and coordinating communications with residents and guarantors. Must communicate effectively, meet deadlines, manage time efficiently, and be able to work evenings and weekends, including during the Turn period; prior experience in leasing or housing and proficiency with Microsoft Office are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program (preferred)
- Strong organization skills
- Reliable and self-disciplined
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work evenings and weekend hours
- Available during summer and Turn period
- Experience in leasing, housing, or property management (beneficial)
