Job Summary
Welcome customers, create positive first impressions, and understand their needs to recommend the right products from Cotopaxi, Nocs, and Salomon. Share product knowledge and brand stories naturally while supporting sales, styling, fitting, and after-sales care. Work toward daily sales budgets by taking initiative, build genuine relationships to encourage loyalty, and present brands in an aspirational way. Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and replenished; support VM standards, campaign displays, and stocktake tasks. Follow floor leadership direction, complete training, and contribute to a supportive team culture. Ensure warm service and strong product knowledge drive repeat visits and demand.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work weekends and peak trade periods
