Job Summary
Maintain and organize community records and documentation; respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests; coordinate maintenance and vendor communications; assist with preparation of community meeting materials; support the Community Manager with administrative tasks and special projects. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service orientation, and strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, and familiarity with TOPS property management software is a plus. Located in Hoboken, NJ.
