Job Summary
Performs administrative functions with minimal supervision including answering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating visits of vendors and residents, handling payments and receipts, and maintaining office and facilities records. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, screening and routing phone calls, managing keys/fobs, assisting multiple departments with tasks, drafting correspondence and notices, coordinating move-outs and service requests, uploading renter’s insurance, organizing newsletters and notices, and upholding lease terms. Additional duties encompass customer service interactions, scheduling, and general office support to Leasing Agents or Managers as needed.
