Job Summary
Provide structured, individualized support to Individuals enrolled in the In-Home Day Program in accordance with their Individual Program Plans and Service Plans. Facilitate community integration, skill development, and independence by assisting with social skills, budgeting, self-advocacy, work habits, and community access. Ensure compliance with HCBS, Title 17, and Title 22 regulations while supporting Individuals with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral challenges. Transport Individuals using a personal vehicle and maintain a reliable schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of full-time experience supporting Individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- 1+ year of experience supporting Individuals with emotional and behavioral needs
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Available to work from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
