Job Summary
Community Account Sales (Bulk) Manager leads a team of Representatives to develop and execute MDU sales programs, build owner/manager relationships to improve penetration, train staff on Comcast product offerings and promotions, and drive department metrics and budget compliance. Responsible for developing processes to improve efficiency, ensuring clear daily/weekly/monthly objectives, coordinating reporting and analytics with IT and other departments, and maintaining a customer-focused approach aligned with Comcast’s operating principles. Strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve subscriber penetration goals across MDU properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
