Job Summary
Community Account Professional responsible for driving penetration growth in assigned communities by promoting Comcast products (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home, XFINITY Mobile). Build and maintain strong relationships with property management to facilitate sale and retention, provide ongoing sales support, and identify opportunities such as PMS integration and advanced products. Conduct on-site visits, collaborate with property staff and channel resources, and distribute marketing collateral. Serve as a single point of contact across product and customer-care teams to resolve issues, drive subscriber growth, and ensure services are available for new builds and occupancy. Requires independent judgment, willingness to work nights/weekends, and alignment with Comcast’s operating principles and customer-first philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Sales Experience in Community/Property Management or B2B environments
