Job Summary
Account Executive 2 negotiates long-term agreements with key decision-makers (building managers, owners, attorneys, developers) to bring Xfinity services to multifamily properties. Core duties include securing new business opportunities (New Build and Winback), renewing existing agreements, managing multi-site property portfolios, and developing senior-level relationships with property owners, developers, and associations. The role requires presenting to stakeholders, attending in-person meetings, negotiating bulk and non-bulk contracts, and delivering compelling business cases supported by financial modeling. Experience with CRM tools, strong contract negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to mentor junior AEs are needed. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant sales experience.
