Job Summary

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Just Care for Families Care Store, including inventory, organization, and accessibility. Coordinate community donations of clothing, household items, family activities, and other essential resources. Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and service providers throughout Klamath and Lake Counties. Identify and connect families with food resources, community events, transportation, and other supportive services. Provide information regarding program eligibility and available services to referral sources and families. Participate in case review meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate records while protecting client confidentiality. Support development of program workflows and administrative processes. Occasional evening or weekend work as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout Klamath and Lake Counties, including up to approximately 300 miles per week
  • Ability to work both in the office and throughout the community
  • Occasional evening or weekend work as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Experience working with underserved populations
  • Demonstrated interest in serving individuals and families experiencing housing instability, poverty, or other life challenges
