Job Summary
Manage Communities Choice ballot updates, revisions, and advertiser requests while coordinating social media fulfillment and Meta partnership approvals. Track campaign progress, troubleshoot platform access issues, and maintain workflow documentation across Promotions, Sales, Design, and Events teams. Ensure all assets and deliverables align with client expectations and campaign timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute high-impact programs that connect businesses with local communities through innovative digital marketing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Experience in promotions, campaign management, digital media, advertising operations, marketing, or design support
- Experience managing digital assets, workflows, and cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with social media management platforms, including Meta Business Suite and related tools
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, paid social media campaigns, audience engagement, social analytics, and content optimization best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot digital platform issues, user permissions, and account access challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Comfort learning and adapting to new technologies, systems, and digital platforms
- Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Zapier, or similar platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Graphic design experience and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting sponsored social content and paid partnership workflows
- Knowledge of social content scheduling, approval processes, and campaign execution
- Experience supporting large-scale promotional, recognition, or voting-based programs
- Experience working with Meta Business Suite, Facebook paid partnerships, or other social media advertising platforms
- Experience with HTML and CSS for basic web content formatting and digital campaign support
