Job Summary
Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies, creating surveys, scripts, emails, flyers, press releases, and newsletters to engage diverse audiences. Manage the company website, blog, and SharePoint intranet while overseeing the content calendar and video production for social media channels. Lead the organization's VoC and survey program to support organizational change management and enhance customer experience. Coordinate communications for Board of Director elections and patronage announcements, ensuring alignment with themes and personas. Maintain strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities while collaborating with management across the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of three years in a communications role
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns
- Coordinating cross functional teams
- Leveraging analytics to refine outreach strategies
- Advanced ability to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies
- Ability to navigate fast-paced settings and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms, including HubSpot, websites and SharePoint
- Advanced knowledge of change management communication strategies
- Ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences and channels (emails, flyers, newsletters, press releases, events)
- Experience with survey creation/deployment and content calendar management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of video techniques and social media and their use to support communications strategies

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with communications for the agriculture industry is preferred
