Job Summary
Develop, write, edit, and proof content for websites, publications, and member communication materials while applying brand standards, accessibility requirements, and readability guidelines. Coordinate development and distribution of email communications, including list management and reporting, and support design and production of print and digital materials such as brochures, newsletters, and reports. Maintain and update website content in coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent delivery of accurate, audience-appropriate information. This role supports execution of communications and marketing activities across digital, print, and media channels to impact positive health outcomes and Trillium public perception.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, website design or maintenance, or social marketing
- Associate's degree
- Four (4) years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, website design or maintenance, or social marketing
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, website design or maintenance, or social marketing
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Residence within North Carolina
- Ability to travel within catchment as required
- Pass a drug test as a condition of employment
