Job Summary
Performs mail processing, faxes handling, and administrative support within the Communications Department. Responsibilities include opening/sorting mail, forwarding faxes, maintaining report logs, repricing claims and processing appeals, processing authorizations, scanning mail/claims into electronic systems, handling EDI-related tasks, processing provider maintenance, and supporting special projects. Requires strong data entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, ability to maintain confidentiality, reliable attendance, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with a customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education Required
- Strong data entry skills
- Comfortable working on a PC using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and telephones
- Trustworthy and accountable behavior
- Willingness to routinely come to work on schedule and adjust shift/scheduling as needed
