Job Summary
Communications Specialist for Coface North America focused on strengthening employee engagement, internal storytelling, and building a connected regional culture. Responsibilities include drafting and publishing internal communications across regional/global channels, supporting an editorial calendar, developing leader messaging, coordinating quarterly communications, planning and executing employee engagement initiatives (town halls, recognition programs, in-office brand initiatives), promoting regional/global campaigns, preparing Q&A and talking points, managing the regional intranet and web content, supporting Coface Cares initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business priorities into engaging content. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in internal/corporate communications or related field, strong writing/editing/proofreading skills, experience with editorial calendars and CMS/digital tools, and strong organizational/project management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread a variety of content (internal communications, leadership messaging, articles, campaigns) with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting editorial calendars and executing communications plans across multiple platforms (intranet, email, web, campaigns)
- Familiarity with intranet platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital communication tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadership
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and internal storytelling
