Job Summary
Contract Communications Specialist to draft, edit, and refine Timpani communications across divisions; translate complex projects, product, and operational information into clear, concise messaging; tailor communications by audience including nursing leaders, facility/division leaders, frontline colleagues, operational partners, and project stakeholders; partner with Change Management, Product, Education, PMs, and operational teams to gather inputs and coordinate reviews; manage communication intake from draft through review, approval, and send readiness; support planning, timing, and sequencing across releases, SOP updates, pilots, and adoption priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a communications role
- experience building communications plans and strategies
- change management experience
- communications experience in healthcare preferred
