Communications Senior Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and implement integrated communications projects and cross-functional initiatives, serving as a trusted partner to business, functional, and community teams. Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and end-to-end execution across earned, shared, and owned channels including PR, social media, digital marketing, and website content. Translate strategies into impactful brand and employee engagement programs while advising local leadership on messaging and brand reputation. Oversee community programs, nonprofit partnerships, and grantmaking reporting. Lead functional teams or projects independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strategic assets align with business priorities. Requires 7-10 years of corporate communications experience with fluency in English and Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience across corporate communications, brand communications, internal communications
- experience in the semiconductor or display sectors
- Strong command and fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, English, or Marketing
- Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment

- Excellent proficiency in both oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
