Job Summary

Communications Senior Associate in our Technology team delivering strategic internal and executive communications. Responsibilities include creating and delivering strategic communications plans, developing targeted messaging, organizing leadership meetings and town halls, producing content across intranet, email, collateral, video, talking points, articles, blogs and social media, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking performance metrics, and managing multiple projects with confidentiality and discretion. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of internal/corporate communications experience, strong writing/editing skills, project management, ability to work outside normal hours as needed, and writing samples with a written test as part of the application.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of internal and corporate communications experience, including hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation building
  • Demonstrated success developing executive-level messages and providing communications counsel to senior management
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Self-motivated team player, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of independence, energy, and integrity; demonstrates respect for diverse opinions and styles
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment
  • Interest in working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Must provide writing samples and complete a written test as part of the application process
