Job Summary
Communications Program Manager for Products and Strategic Offerings supporting HSO’s enterprise needs. The role blends strategic communications, operational excellence, partner engagement, and hands-on content development, collaborating with marketing, digital, translation, and graphics teams. Responsibilities include leading strategic communication planning for key business units, developing audience-tailored messaging, visualizing complex ideas through storytelling and presentation design, providing guidance to program managers and standards teams, establishing workflows and accountability structures, supporting product launches with integrated communication plans, managing intake and workload balance for the communications team, producing executive-ready decks aligned with brand identity, and providing graphic design backup. Requires university degree or college diploma and 3–4 years of progressive communication experience, with strong writing/editing, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in design tools. Desired qualifications include experience with government officials or executives, and advanced proficiency in French or Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g., Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism)
- Three to four years of progressive experience in strategic communication and content development
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling communications
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder processes
- Strong strategic planning skills and experience developing integrated marketing plans
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in French or Spanish (written and oral)
- Experience producing communication products for government officials, executives, senior health leaders or clinicians
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
