Job Summary
Communications & Pilots Lead for International Private Bank (VP level) will manage internal/external communications for IPB leadership across regions, oversee content (newsletter, posts), drive client experience initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with global teams. Responsibilities include drafting messaging aligned with brand guidelines, developing content calendars, managing LinkedIn/Hearsay profiles, executing gifting initiatives to strengthen client relationships, guiding a Geneva-based team member, assisting with an offshore team, and leveraging automation to streamline workflows. Required skills include exceptional written/verbal communication, attention to detail, PowerPoint/Excel proficiency, exposure to AI/Python/Alteryx/Tableau (a plus), program-management capabilities, and the ability to work independently and with global colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proven PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience with AI, Python, Alteryx, or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to provide direction, feedback, and support to team members
- Program management mindset with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, building relationships across global offices and cultures
