Job Summary
Communications Operations Support Coordinator at Heights Church leads the implementation, maintenance, and operation of church management software and related systems to enable ministry communications. Responsible for aligning system processes with ministry goals, reviewing registrations and event workflows across platforms (website, Heights App, Church Center), training ministry staff on system usage, and ensuring data integrity and security. Works collaboratively with the Communications Director and Project Coordinator to support ministry-wide projects, provides ongoing system administration, and designs processes and forms to streamline communications and event delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with church management software (PCO) and related systems
- Portfolio showcasing experience with design and system training capabilities
- Strong organizational and confidentiality skills
- Ability to train staff and serve teams on system best practices
- Detail-oriented with high data integrity and security standards
- Proactive and adaptable to ministry needs
