Job Summary
The Communications Operations Specialist coordinates logistics, production support, inventory management, and vendor coordination to enable Riverstone’s marketing and communications initiatives. Responsibilities include on-site errands and shipments, procurement support, product ordering and distribution, calendar maintenance, inventory of branded materials, production tasks for campaigns, reporting on program milestones and engagement, event planning and execution, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely, organized, and high-quality outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and responsive; anticipates needs before being asked
- Hands-on and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors
- Enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Ability to coordinate on-site errands, mailings, and vendor shipments (weekly cadence)
- Experience with procurement, vendor research, and order management
- Experience with inventory management and materials tracking
- Ability to plan and execute internal events, activations, and experiences
- Experience with producing materials for internal and external use
- Experience in generating and maintaining program reports and metrics
- Cross-team collaboration and coordination across initiatives
