Job Summary
Answer and field emergency and non-emergency calls for service from hosts and guests, dispatching Armed Security and Safety with critical details to ensure rapid response. Track responder status and locations in CAD, enter work orders for maintenance, and monitor alarm systems and weather radar for lightning strikes within 10 miles. Prioritize calls, coordinate outside agencies, and communicate via radio, phone, or Park Pulse to alert guests and hosts. Monitor multiple frequencies and document all information accurately to prevent liability. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring calm decision-making during crises, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word
- Experience with Outlook
- Experience with Excel
- Must be able to type 25 wpm
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within one year
- Ability to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto liability insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be disciplined
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
