Job Summary
Develop awareness, acquisition, and loyalty programs for consumers, providers, and business partners to drive reputation management, patient volume, and revenue growth. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from initial assessment through reporting, ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved. Represent the division to stakeholders, including Legacy leadership, community partners, and media, to influence decision-making during crises and organizational change. Anticipate reputational risks and execute rapid response messaging strategies while maintaining trusted relationships with physicians and external partners. Participate in the on-call rotation, including carrying a pager for one week per month. This role supports Legacy Health's mission to make life better for others through strategic insight and compassionate collaboration across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
- A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in communications, public relations or marketing
- at least three years in a senior-level role in a corporate or agency setting
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis communications, including issues management, executive counsel, rapid response and reputation management
- Proven success influencing and collaborating with senior leaders, physicians, clients, stakeholders, and business and community partners
- Experience developing, implementing and measuring strategic communications initiatives that support business objectives
- A minimum of three years of project management experience
- Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation, including carrying a pager and serving on call for one week per month
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements
- Experience in health care, biomed or insurance sectors
- Strong knowledge of the health care industry
