Job Summary
Strategic Communications Manager/VP within JPMorgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Banking communications team to lead internal communications for Global Banking Technology. You will partner with the Global Banking CIO and other leaders to craft and execute internal messaging, drive employee engagement, and manage channels such as town halls, intranet stories, and executive communications. You will convey business priorities to internal stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive narrative across leadership, human resources, and business management, and you will oversee broadcast communications, email distribution, and alignment with firm-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of corporate communications experience
- Experience working with C-suite executives with demonstrated success developing executive-level messages and communications strategies
- Excellent writing skills with ability to translate complex technology stories into clear narratives
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to track milestones and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate with executives, peers, and cross-functional teams across the company
- Curiosity and willingness to bring new ideas to the table
- Understanding of financial services industry and technology landscape (preferred)
- Experience in technology communications and change management (preferred)
- External communications knowledge (preferred)
