Job Summary
Communications Manager for TAA North America responsible for strategic communications and storytelling that align with business priorities, elevate brand reputation, and drive engagement across internal and external audiences. Develops messaging for complex topics in technology, product marketing, HR, and leadership; partners with senior leaders to create presentations, articles, social content, and thought leadership assets; leads internal communications and change management initiatives; ensures brand consistency with Wolters Kluwer and CCH standards; collaborates across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, External Communications, HR, and business leaders; leverages AI tools to enhance communications planning, content development, and distribution; measures performance and uses insights to refine approaches; travel up to 20% domestically.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, brand communications, public relations, or a related field
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a variety of formats and audiences
- Experience developing executive communications, thought leadership content, and strategic messaging
- Demonstrated ability to manage communications initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
- Experience partnering effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and experience using generative AI tools to enhance communications planning, content creation, and workflow efficiency
