Job Summary
Establish, coordinate and implement marketing, communications and public relations programs for the resort; build and maintain a clear, consistent brand image; oversee design and editorial alignment with the resort’s branding; coordinate and manage media relations and act as the resort ambassador; develop, coordinate and execute general communication activities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mass Communication or equivalent
- 1 year communications experience, preferably in hospitality or 4-5 star international hotel
- Familiar with social best practices, content formats and business tools
- Understanding of adtech or martech, AI implementation in marketing communications and media (advantage)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills; ability to read, write and converse in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
