Job Summary
Lead communications and employee engagement for bp's legal function, including ethics and compliance, serving as the primary partner to the EVP Legal. Advise senior legal and finance leaders on strategy, coaching them on executive positioning, reputational risk, and team engagement through tailored materials. Deliver essential counsel during sensitive situations while guiding campaigns that promote the code of conduct and speak-up culture. Define approaches for organizational change and transformation initiatives, managing digital channels like Viva Engage and Dotdigital to support business priorities. Use sentiment data and feedback to refine plans and share clear outcomes with senior partners.

- Resourceful operator who balances strategic advisory with hands-on delivery
- Proficiently use Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Teams events, Sharepoint, Viva Engage) and Dotdigital tools
