Communications Lead – Private Sector

Communications Lead role in Capita Pension Solutions overseeing end-to-end client relationship management and delivery for private sector retirement communications projects. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive client profitability and growth through strategic communications, governance, analytics, and KPI-driven outcomes. Own business planning for the team, develop client strategies, supervise complex copy and communications materials, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while collaborating with Market Leaders, Client Relationship Directors, and Business Development to secure opportunities. Focus areas include digital engagement, CX, and education within pension client programs; ensure quality, accountability, and delivery of high-impact communications and campaigns.
