Job Summary

Track and report press coverage on Oceana's U.S. and international campaigns, producing regular summaries of global media hits. Draft and edit communications materials including blog posts, pitches, press releases, and social media content while maintaining and updating media lists. Conduct media research and draft reports for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. This full-time position (40 hours/week) is based in Washington, DC, with a deadline to submit materials by September 11, 2026. You will support the Global Marketing and Communications team in increasing public awareness of ocean conservation efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field
