Job Summary
Communications Executive in the SEA, Hong Kong and Taiwan team responsible for corporate and internal communications across streaming and title publicity; tasks include supporting corporate comms efforts, agency and asset management, coordinating approvals and sensitivities for campaign activations, tracking media coverage and nominating media for junkets/screeners, coordinating assets and deliverables, and assisting with admin tasks such as raising PRs/POs in Ariba and onboarding vendors; requires strong organization, proactive collaboration with stakeholders, and interest in entertainment/Public Relations, with proficiency in Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia as beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship and operations skills
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
- An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills
- Good time management and multitasker
- Passion for entertainment, titles, and Public Relations / Publicity
- Proficiency in Chinese (Traditional/ Simplified) or Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial for effective communication with regional stakeholders
