Job Summary
Conduct daily content creation for external audiences, internal newsletters, and social media while managing the employee intranet and SharePoint resources. Interview, write, and edit stories featuring staff and donor families, producing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design materials including flyers and event invitations. Support outreach campaigns by setting goals to increase donation awareness and monitor effectiveness across digital channels. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends in organ, eye, and tissue donation. Requires proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, stories, and/or presentations with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines independently
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions and adapt to evolving priorities
- Proven ability to thrive in a continuously evolving and at times ambiguous environment
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer completion of a BA degree with an emphasis on writing, communications, online or print marketing, journalism or public relations, or similar experience in the field
