Job Summary
Coordinate policy documents and communications for ProResp, maintaining version control of policies, procedures, and documents; develop and review proposals and agreements, monitor expiries, and support renewal processes; contribute to evidence-based content for RFPs, and support business development opportunities; assist in digital media strategy, analytics, and collaboration with Marketing to create concise communications for events and community updates; review company profiles, monitor digital media, prepare media releases and internal communications in partnership with senior leadership; require a Post Graduate diploma in Technical Communication or Journalism and 2+ years in Corporate Communications; proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search, Adobe Suite, Excel, and social media; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate diploma in Technical Communication or Journalism
- 2+ years’ post graduate work experience in Corporate Communication
- Exceptional written communication skills with proven expertise creating written content in English
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search, Adobe Suite, Excel, and social media
- Experience in health care strongly preferred
