Job Summary
Communications Associate will support organizational communications across multiple teams, travel to sites to photograph and document programs, draft newsletters and fundraising materials, produce social media content, create video content, maintain and enhance the website with SEO/analytics, identify press outlets, catalog media assets, and provide event support; requires an Associate’s degree or higher and at least one year of relevant experience, with occasional evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in communications, marketing, media or journalism
- Minimum one year of relevant professional experience
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and flexible with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, photography, video editing and production, graphic design, website maintenance
- Strong social media knowledge and skills
- Occasional evening and weekend responsibilities
