Job Summary
Communications Assistant at Sony Music UK: support both internal and external communications by drafting internal newsletters and announcements, assisting with media monitoring, and helping bring Sony Music’s story to life across channels. Collaborate with labels and departments to identify PR opportunities, contribute to corporate storytelling, assist with media planning and content development for the website and LinkedIn, and help craft branded materials and events. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, tracking channel performance, supporting the Director of Communications and the Public Affairs team, and handling project coordination tools (Asana), POs, and invoices. Ideal candidates write clearly and engagingly, are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a basic understanding of digital channels and a strong interest in music, media, and PR.
