Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Communications Director and senior staff, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel; draft/edit communications materials; contribute to special projects, events, and initiatives to advance the RNC’s messaging and goals; organize logistics with other departments; oversee and mentor department interns, managing their time and professional growth; must handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborate to support high-level communications initiatives; comfortable working nights and weekends; proficient in MS Office.
