Communications Assistant - Federal Work-Study Position (Student Wage)

Edit HR and FEAP website content, build new pages, and manage meta descriptions using Drupal CMS. Develop social media campaigns, graphic design assets, and data analytics for the annual benefits Open Enrollment. Capture photos at campus events for social media and website collateral while contributing creative ideas to engage prospective candidates. Track accessibility improvements via the DubBot platform and update employee contact lists in spreadsheets. Support team members on various HR projects throughout the year. This six-person remote team collaborates on initiatives to develop new skills and build resumes for current UVA students.
