Job Summary
Oversees project intake and traffic management, coordinates team workflows and meetings, and provides high-level administrative support to the VP of Communications and Marketing. Acts as a primary liaison for campus partners to align requests with resources, timelines, and priorities. Responsibilities include managing intake forms, routing projects, tracking progress, coordinating meetings (Weekly MarCom Traffic and Weekly Creative Review), preparing materials, assisting with budgets and invoices, and supporting strategic initiatives. Additional duties include Brand Champions program coordination, branded materials inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure quality and timely deliverables. Requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, ability to balance competing priorities, and effective communication across teams. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Asana, Basecamp) and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar role
