Job Summary
Lead the development and delivery of Bradford District and Craven Mind (BDC Mind) communications and engagement strategy, aiming to strengthen reputation, build trust with key audiences, and support fundraising and service delivery. Drive internal and external communications, manage social media plans and budgets for paid content, develop accessible print and digital materials, and oversee content across websites and channels. Collaborate across services to craft lived-experience stories, create compelling narratives, and ensure alignment with organisational values. Represent the organisation at external events and adapt messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining compliance with policies and expectations. Oversee briefing and management of stakeholders, freelancers, photographers, and designers, and participate in ongoing professional development and safeguarding requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C – including English and Maths
