Job Summary
Develop and produce high-quality photography, videography, and multimedia content including flyers, newsletters, and social media posts to advance district priorities. Manage the digital media library, coordinate with external vendors, and cover school events to document initiatives and promote goodwill. Collaborate with departments to implement communication strategies, provide staff training on brand standards, and supervise student interns on communications projects. Collect stakeholder feedback to assess effectiveness and integrate best practices. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for event coverage. Submit all required application materials by December 10, 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, graphic design, and multimedia editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and digital media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for event coverage
