Job Summary
Communications and Alumni Coordinator responsible for implementing and coordinating communications, marketing, and alumni activities for WCUCOM, including alumni tracking, events (in-person and virtual), social media/content creation, branding, and reporting. Duties include maintaining alumni database, coordinating marketing and public relations, liaising with alumni, planning events (networking, career development, reunions), creating content for social channels, producing graphics and videos, website maintenance, representing WCUCOM at conferences, assisting with reports for AACOM/COCA, collaborating with Alumni Relations, supervising or coordinating student workers, and traveling as needed. Requires Associate’s degree, proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word, experience in photo/video creation and editing, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, teamwork, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally and out of state.
