Job Summary
Coordinate safe, on-time flight operations by monitoring flights for delays, weather, and cancellations while communicating via ground and air-to-ground radio systems. Create a safety culture by inputting arrival and departure data, planning aircraft tows, managing deicing priorities, and acting as a liaison between departments. Provide quality internal customer service and handle special services requests for inbound and outbound crews in a fast-paced environment. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Obtain airport security clearance and maintain a SIDA badge. Required Qualifications
- Strong diplomacy, problem solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide quality internal customer service
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Ability to communicate in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing
