Communications Advisor- Knowledge Strategy & Engagement.

Communications Advisor for the Operations Technology and Reform program delivers clear, consistent, timely internal communications across channels (news articles, Viva Engage posts, team communications, project webpages, presentations) with end-to-end delivery from drafting to publication and evaluation. Partners with change managers, project leads and subject matter experts to translate technical updates into audience-appropriate content, supports stakeholder engagement and program narratives, collaborates with Corporate Communications to publish project communications, and advises on messaging alignment for the broader Industry and Business Enablement team. Requires a university degree in communications, journalism or related discipline (preferred), strong writing/editing skills, proficiency with MS365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with Canva and Copilot; experience in energy or technical/operational environments valued. Role is a two-year fixed term contract with flexible working arrangements including work from home and hybrid options.
