Job Summary
Develops, produces, and consults on internal and external communications; plans, researches, and develops content for increasingly complex communications initiatives; identifies issues and opportunities, and engages cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message; monitors and engages on PNC’s owned social media properties to mitigate reputational risk; collaborates with Customer Care, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and external agencies to coordinate development and execution of programs; proactively analyzes data to identify trends, informs tactical and strategic implications, and measures success; contributes to branding, change management, and strategic communication planning through copywriting, editing, storytelling, and planning and organizing activities; supports cross-functional teams to deliver policy-aligned engagement and effective communications across internal and external audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
