Communications Administrator, Servicing Strategy and Shared Services

Job Summary
Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications (newsletters, announcements, reports, presentations, emails) to support organizational messaging; develop and maintain communication materials including knowledge articles and job aids; manage and update SharePoint content for Servicing Strategy and Shared Services; coordinate, schedule, and track internal communications and maintain distribution lists; provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and event planning; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across departments; conduct research and compile performance reports to improve communication effectiveness while ensuring compliance and confidentiality; serve as a point of contact for communications-related matters and coordinate with vendors; support operational change management by promoting stakeholder awareness and ensuring readiness for changes; perform additional duties aligned with evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Travel flexibility as needed (0-10%)
- Authorization to work in the United States
