Job Summary
Administrative and communications professional supporting the Servicing Strategy and Shared Services team. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications; developing and maintaining communication materials; managing and updating SharePoint content; coordinating schedules and delivery of communications; providing calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and event planning; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging; conducting research and producing performance insights to improve communication effectiveness; ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards; serving as a primary contact for communications-related matters and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Overtime as needed
- Travel 0-10% as needed
- Must have reliable transportation and live within commutable distance to Houston, TX (and other listed cities)
