Job Summary

Communications Administrator, Servicing Strategy and Shared Services provides operational and administrative support to the Servicing Operations organization, coordinating internal communications, developing and maintaining communication plans, and supporting the implementation of communication strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications (newsletters, announcements, reports, presentations, emails); developing communication materials and maintaining SharePoint content; coordinating delivery of communications; providing calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and event planning; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across departments; conducting research, generating performance reports, and ensuring confidentiality; serving as a point of contact for communications-related matters and coordinating with vendors; and performing additional duties to align with evolving business needs. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and travel (0-10%) are required; candidates must reside within a commutable distance to one of the listed U.S. cities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in communication/administration/business or related field
