Communications Administrator, Servicing Strategy and Shared Services

The Communications Administrator, Servicing Strategy and Shared Services role focuses on operational and administrative support for internal communications across the Servicing Operations organization. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications (newsletters, announcements, reports, presentations, emails); developing and maintaining communication materials (knowledge articles, job aids, updates on process and system changes); managing SharePoint content for accuracy and alignment; coordinating distribution, calendars, records, and timely deliverables; providing administrative support (calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, event planning); collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging; conducting research, compiling performance reports, and delivering insights to improve communication effectiveness while upholding confidentiality; serving as a point of contact for communications-related matters and coordinating with vendors; and performing additional duties as business needs evolve. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work various shifts with travel as needed (0-10%). Overtime is required, and the position is based in the US with commutable proximity to Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; or Phoenix, AZ.
