Job Summary
The Communications Administrator supports Servicing Strategy and Shared Services by drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications; developing and maintaining communication materials; managing SharePoint content; coordinating internal communications and distribution; providing admin support (calendar management, meetings, event planning); collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging; conducting research and compiling performance insights to improve communication effectiveness; and coordinating with vendors as needed while promoting operational readiness for changes impacting Servicing Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with confidentiality and compliance requirements
